1.  How would you characterize 'mind control' more generally?

See enclosed article (New Directions of Mind Control– Part 1)

2.  In one of your essays your write: "Basically, Frey had discovered another sensory motor input in the higher blue-band frequencies of 0.3-3.0 GHz. - at very low amplitudes of power. It was "as if" we had another type of "vision," What do you mean by 'another type of vision'?

While it was experienced as sound, in fact the microwave (0.3-3.0 GHz) caused the temporal lobes to heat up, compact, and then actually ring, or heterodyne sound (audio frequencies).  It was likened to a newly discovered sense, from forms of communication in a non-atmosphere situation.  The sound was “different,” and experienced as a sound (per se) – most experienced a “tin” quality to it.

3.  What is the ' "Holographic Concept of Reality" model'?

See enclosed download (Holographic Concept of Reality)

4.  Why was "Embryonic Holography" top secret for several decades?

In the field of mind control, it was a primary model for how the brain might process information.  It was not about a quantum universe (with those forms of consciousness), but was more about how information was able to simply-connect space-time with memory (duration).

Even now, two top Russian scientists (Gariev and Popov) are still using that model for understanding the nature of a bio-hologram, and epigenetics.

5.  Can humans actually hear microwaves? What the some of the opinions out there? What is yours?

“Hear” may be the wrong metaphor.  One can sense various ELF frequency bands, as many organs have dosimetry and resonance.  That is to say, the brain can and will responses to various frequency bands, including the release of specific neuro-transmitters.

Blood (for example) is opaque at 10 MHz, and can be measured for blood flow via Doppler transducer.  The aorta will reflect at 28 MHz, and is used for pulse-echo reflections, used to measure aortic cross-section.  Now combined into a catheter, the product of both of those gives an instantaneous measure of “cardiac output,” the single most important measurement in most major surgeries.

The body and various organs (including specific sections of the brain) can act as resonant cavity oscillators, coupling one system into another.  In a holographic universe, we would call this “resolution of the hologram” or meme (physics, emotional, intellectual, and archetypal).  It is the way information enfolds into our out of itself.

In synesthesia (eidetic imaging), microwave bands (like HAARP) can be experienced as

“crickets at night,” although one does not really hear it (as such).  What is actually happening is a type of cross-modal translation of the senses into one that can be “identified.”

Why it is experienced as “sound” is most likely due to harmonics, and the concept of resonance systems and cavity oscillors.  The metaphor is that the blood is at one harmonic (10 MHz), while the aortic cavity material is at another (28 MHz).  Using a holographic universe would then dictate which resonance systems were involved.

That scaling upward would then dictate whether the “event” was experienced as “sound” or “feelings.  When “hearing HAARP” (when turned on in Alaska) in Grants Pass, OR, I experience it as a “hissing sound.”   It is much like “hearing” your blood flow across the ear drum.

6.  You say that Dr. Frey found was that single pulses of microwave could be heard by some people as "pops" or "clicks". What are some of ramifications of this?

We now had a way to communicate when all other forms might not – from ELF spikes, and/or related war game scenarios.  For example, a sniper could be told when to pull a trigger, even without having to sight for himself.  Some even believed this could be incorporated into a

“Manchurian Candidate”-like control of behavior (Pavlov)

7.  Is this a frequency that deaf people can hear? Why can't I hear the microwave frequencies or can I?

No – this is an internal resonance of the temporal lobes, used by neuro-transmitters working directly onto specific brain functions themselves (translation of sound).  How voice work is that the audio is heterodyned onto the microwave band (low amplitude)

8.  What is the mechanism behind hearing microwaves by human?

Some yet unidentified resonances system, from the temporal lobes heating us, expanding, and then ringing with audio sound (off the microwave band).  Like biofeedback, once can learn to “listen” to the body and can take control of specific autonomic function (parasympathetic nervous system).

9.  So is this technique really used in the military?

Commando Solo is one form still used as a primary “ordinance.”  It was the first weapon used in Afghanistan, even before bombs or artillery.  And, through-wall surveillance is now common in smaller cities, like depicted in the movie Blue Thunder.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lockheed_EC-130

There now is even several international groups around “ELF Stalking” victims, and the subsequent misuse of this technology.  Eleanor White (Canada) heads up a support group.  She can be contacted at (ewraven1@sympatico.ca)

The problem now is that many of the devises are now available to the public.  Anyone with money can now purchase most of these devises “off the shelf.”  The next level of invasion of privacy will be with the use of smart meters. www.randomcollection.info/trower-mw.wmv

10.  What is some of the research currently being done in the area of human perception and microwaves?

I                      have no idea, as I no longer have labs to work with microwave dosimetry.  My current studies in the new directions of mind control include GMO-modified foods, and specific-targeted bacteria.

11.  Why is it that we don't normally hear radio waves and microwaves?

Our primary senses for those frequency-bands are limited, and can only work lowamplitude harmonics.  Even so, there is some evidence that this may account for information not normally available to conscious-state awarenesses.

12.  If we cannot normally hear radio and microwaves, why can we hear frequency bands (0.3-3.0 Hz) when they are flat?

You do not hear the 0.3-3.0 GHz frequency band – that frequency is close to being quantum mechanical is size.  This is the frequency band that actually heats up the temporal lobes, causing them to compact and then “ring.  What you hear is a second audio frequency band (audio voice), heterodyned onto the microwave.

13.  Can you actually use the fact that we pick up on microwaves to perform mind control? If so, how does that work?

One’s inner voice is often confused with something from the outside.  Like “Son of Sam,” who knows if the voice is from you, or something else…?  Without an inner knowledge of “landscape,” some can be misled or easily confused.  Suggestibility is always part of the hypnotic states of consciousness.

14.  You say that "By using these computer-enhanced EEGs, scientists can identify and isolate the brain's low- amplitude "emotion signature clusters,"Can you explain what that means in more ordinary terms?

I                      have attached several papers on P300 waves, brain finger-printing, and fMRI (functional).  I now believe that PGO waves in the occipital region of the cerebral cortex may be responsible for the “boot-up” (autoexec.bat) part of habits and addictions.  See my paper on Ibogaine.

15 Can you use any of this technology to change people's emotions? How does that work in the layman's terms?

Of course, changing one’s emotional states has been discussed using Commando Solo and “cloning emotions.”  It has been used in many crowd-control situations, to include the Branch Davidian movement (Wako, X).  My original paper does offer an outline of previous uses (First Iraqic War)

Since most people “EQ” is less than would be hoped for, it is also an area where misuse could be part of a bigger picture.  Like foods, most do not use their higher brain functions (for reason and survival).  It always falls back to the more primitive “fight-flight” reaction.

16. When you say in your paper that "One is direct microwave induction into the brain of the subject, limited to short-range operations. The other, as described above, utilizes ordinary radio and television carrier frequencies", what exactly does that mean in a layman's terms? And what sort of consequences does it have?

The former form uses very low amplitude signals, and is why they are limited to shortrange line-of-sight transmissions.  Radar and TV-band broadcasts use larger frequency bands, not as easily reflected (wave-length), absorbed, or attenuated.

Attenuation and strength of the signal is also affected by dosimetry (specific body parts), and atmospheric conditions.  Microwave do well in space (no atmosphere), where compression waves are not needed (for the ear drum).

16.  So are there radio and microwave sounds unconscious to people? Or do they consciously hear them?

They do not hear the microwave band, but the audio element that has been heterodyned onto the carrier microwave-band frequencies.  As discussed earlier, the microwave element is experienced as pops and cracks when listening to blood flowing across the eardrum.

17.  IF a person cannot consciously hear a microwave or radio sounds, does that rules out that he or she can still get the message? Can he or she act on it?

            Explained in previous responses.

18.  Can you say a bit more about mind-control insight of these techniques (described above).

Most of it is in not being able to distinguish personal thought from those from another.  The actual aspect of hearing a voice inside your head can be confusing, especially if one is unaware of this technology.

19.  How can this be used in the military? What are consequences?

Did you notice how during the first invasion of Iraq (George Sr.), 100s of Iraqi soldiers came out of their bunkers, surrendering to a handful of GIs?  How does that work?  They don’t want to fight?  Probably, but what was used to convince them of that thought?  Call than

“Exhibit A.”

20.  Are there other uses in the future, as you see it

It will absolutely be used for crowd control and disbursement of mobs.  Through-wall surveillance is now a reality.  It already is the first “ordinance” used whenever an invasion occurs.  There are more insidious technologies now, as this was developed in the mid-70s (40 years earlier).

21.  Are there any dangers associated with training people to hear microwaves and radio signals?  At the time of my research there seemed to no “LD-50 ratios” or toxicity associated with this band of microwave (0.3-3.0 GHz).  We did not observe any danger or damage to the temporal lobes when they began to “ring” (from microwave stimulation).  Of course, long-term problems were not observed at that time.

It has been proposed that this technology might be used for the hearing-impaired, but no studies were started during my period of study.  That would seem a first application for medicine.

22.  In 1993 the Russians claimed "this device involves the transmission of specific commands via static or white noise bands into the human subconscious without upsetting other intellectual functions" What do you make of this. Do we really unconsciously pick up on these lossfrequently data..

This indicates that the heterodyned voices are kept below a certain level of awareness or consciousness (like the volume of sound) – adding subliminal voices below the volume of music.  You do (at some level) hear that voice, but not consciously.  That’s where the possibilities of using this technology as a weapon become real.

While you don’t hear the words, at some level you do translate them (like NLP).  With all things, normal waking consciousness does not hold all the answers.  That is reserved for the subconscious, or the higher Self – what has often been called your Holy Guardian Angel.

Accessing these altered states allow access to other data, taken in by other senses not yet described as our normal five senses.  Normal consciousness now only is aware of the five senses.  However, the subconscious aspect has a “non-local mind” element that has other data to add to the fray.

The human body has other yet undescribed senses, several most likely beyond our normal spacetime concept.  Like ESP, that element has to be “translated” into conscious awareness via a “hallucination” of one of the five senses.  Like hearing HAARP, it is experienced as a “hiss,” like the blood running across the eardrum.

23: You say in your article that "A US Department of Defense medical engineer claimed in 1989 that the U.S. and Israel had regularly used microwaves to condition and control the minds of Palestinians."  Could you tell use how this was supposed to work?

Most likely this was Commando Solo, and related newer prototypes.  If “played” below a certain level or threshold of awareness, it can be easily confused with your so-called “inner voice.”  Most people do not question these kinds of responses, so are easily manipulated – like crowd control, and profiling.

24: The following is a classification of the different forms of synesthetic psleta.  Remote physical manipulation: Not covered in this document. At time of writing, that technology appears to be classified.

Transmission methods for neuro-effective signals: This includes pulsed microwave (i.e., like radar signals) and ultrasound and voice-FM (transmitted through the air). Also known as "Synthetic Telepathy."

While transmission of speech, dating from the early 1970s, was the first use of pulsed microwave, neuro-effective signals can now cause many other nerve groups to become remotely actuated. That specific technology is classified.

Pavlovian hypnotic triggers: A [Pavlovian] hypnotic trigger is a phrase or any sensory cue that the subject is programmed to involuntarily act in a certain way. MKULTRA survivors can still be triggered from programming done decades ago.

Can you tell us a bit more about how things work in each of these categories?

After I left the research, newer directions began to explore the use of subliminal triggers.  The first studies included voice heterodyned subliminals, volume-levels below consciousness.  That must have taken some time, researching the right amplitudes.  Some can distinguish these, most cannot.

At this juncture, all of these comments are my speculation only.

25: So can you say a bit more about how verbal hypnosis works? What takes place at the level of the mind/brain? Usually, a “contract” is made between the subject and hypnotherapist.

That is correct; an understanding of what the therapist or guide plans to do with the subject.  It begins with an intake or beefing.  Most will also add detail of the procedure, as “land-marks” toward various stages of depth of the hypnosis.

This gives the subject a measure of trust in allowing certain gates to be opened more easily.  The focus is always on “my voice.”  Like distractions, short and long-term memory functions can be changed (durations)

27: Can you use any of this to read other people thoughts? How does that work?

“Reading others’ thoughts” can also be from other “not-yet-described” sensory-motor inputs – like “pair-coupling,” found in avian bird flight mechanisms.  We most likely have similar inputs that have atrophied over time, like the pineal gland.

The micro-tubule circulatory system has yet to be fully studied, as EM-fields signaling from one part of the body to another (acupuncture).  This alone could be another level of data inputs, offering such things as “intuition,” and “empathy.”  Like a resolution of the information.

It can be shown that space and time are not real, but simply a sub-set in a larger universe, base on information.  That is well documented in Laurence LaShan’s The Medium, the Mystic, and the Physicist.  Space, time, and ego are the grand illusions.  It is only about information, and how it enfolds into or out of itself.

The nature of NLP suggests different levels of consciousness have “rules of engagement,” with specific code-bits for “gating” (term used above).  This could be used to “profile” an individual.

While not my area of expertise, it is a simple step in physics to see how gating” might be seen as a code-breaker.

28: What's an audio spot light?

This is newer technology, which creates a tight, narrow beam of sound that can be controlled with the same precision as light.  Most likely in the military applications, uses microwave band to focus the sound, which is heterodyned on the carry frequencies.

29/ What is The Life Assessment Detector System ? What can it do? What is it used for?

The Life Assessment Detector System (LADS), a microwave Doppler movement measuring device, can detect human body surface motion, including heartbeat and respiration, at ranges up to 135 feet (41.15 meters).

The primary function of the LADS is to provide a reliable method by which medical and emergency personnel can locate personnel buried in building collapses or injured on the military battlefield.  LADS can detect such signs of life as movement, heartbeat, or respiration.

LADS provides life assessment capabilities for people who are:

Trapped in building rubble;

Battlefield casualties in a chemical/biological warfare environment;

Victims of airline, train, or automobile crashes;

Trapped in an avalanche or mudslide;

Trapped on a mountain ledge;

Trapped under a collapsed tent structure; or  Hostages being held in a nonmetallic room.

30: What is a Millivision Radar Millimeter-Wave Camera ? How does it work? What is it used for?

Between microwave and infrared lies the millimeter wave band (radar bandwidth). This little-heralded portion of the electromagnetic spectrum turns out to be perfect for "remote frisking."

At millimeter wavelengths, people are good emitters, while metals are very poor. Dielectric objects, such as plastics, ceramics and powdered drugs, are somewhere in between. Clothing and building materials, such as wallboard, are virtually transparent.

31.  Ground (or Home/Apt. Wall) Penetrating Radar? How does it work? What is it used for?

This is the technology used in the movie The Siege, where you can observe biological movement and heat signatures, using microwave band frequencies.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Siege

It is now used regularly for drug deal surveillance, where the action is inside a hotel room or home.  It is often put inside a van, and parked outside.  Many larger cities now have something equivalent, for monitoring illicit activities.  It does require a judge’s permission for “invasion of privacy” (like a wire tap).

32.  Can you say a bit about Commercial Thought Reading Devices

The Cyberlink software decodes the forehead signals into ten Brain Fingers for continuous cursor control. It also decodes eye motion and facial gestures into mouse button clicks, keystrokes, and cursor resolution control.

http://www.mindmouse.com

Newer developments have taken this to a whole new level with such things as P300-Waves, and Brain Fingerprinting.  Often used for “profiling” an individual, these tools give whole new dimension to voice-stress analyzers (1970s technology).  And, when used with NLP….

33.  What's the cyberlink mind mouse?

Discussed above, and in my original paper.

34 What are some of the consequences of this in terms of hearing for the deaf?

Synthetic telepathy could have major application to the hearing impaired, and other medical applications.

35. In your paper we see the following passage:

"Brain-Wave Detection: Some 40-odd years ago, university professor F. Cazzamalli started publishing papers on the subject of brain-wave detection [using radio signals] and implied that he had detected radiations from the mind.

He placed his subjects in a shielded room (or Faraday cage), emanated VHF radio waves through their heads, and claimed to have recorded "beat frequencies" obtained with an untuned receiver consisting of a galena crystal or diode tube, a fixed capacitor, an antenna, and a sensitive light beam galvanometer. A "galvanometer" is a voltmeter; light beam types show up in physics labs and are one of the most sensitive types of voltmeter.

The trouble is that Cazzamalli never mentioned transmitter power in his somewhat unprofessional papers. His oscillograms meant to show variations of the "beat" when his subjects were emotionally aroused or engaged in creative tasks when they were in the Faraday cage. "Beat" as used by Cazzamalli refers to EEG-frequency, i.e., ELF, traces.

Later he told an astounded world that his subjects would hallucinate when under the influence of his "oscillatori telegrafica," its frequency being around 300 MHz at the time. Aviation radios are in this range."

What were the main problems with this experiment?

The frequency bands he used are actually semi-toxic, and his not mentioning amplitudes (power levels) is critical to being able to repeat and reproduce his findings.  Other problems, like the use of an oscillogram (over an oscilloscope) lends one to wonder about his technical choices for isolation of variables.

Dr. Hiroshi Motoyama did similar studies in Japan, and his data indicated that it is possible to change the internal-state functions of another by someone else’s thoughts.  He also did this with a faraday cage, indicating it was NOT ELF waves – which cannot penetrate such barriers.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hiroshi_Motoyama

This means “something else” may be happening, and at frequencies well below a faraday case’s screening capacities.  This means the wave-lengths used are well below normal band-widths.  Microwave bandwidths verge on quantum mechanical levels of singl atoms.

36: What was the Soviet LIDA machine?

This is first Soviet experiments with “Woodpecker” beams at Eugene, OR, during the early 1970s.

http://www.philipcoppens.com/woodpecker.html

37.  So does this technology lead to direct wireless communication among individuals?

It (absolutely) will lead toward a host of “wireless communication” options, interfacing with biological processes.  Dr. James Beal (and others) continue to research this arena.

http://www.linkedin.com/pub/james-beal/18/859/582

38.  What is the device called "Haarp?

Read Dr. Nick Begich’s book Angels Don’t Play this HAARP.  He is also my publisher on the

Non-Local Mind series (3 books), with

(www.earthpulse.com) and

http://www.amazon.com/Angels-Dont-Play-This-Haarp/dp/0964881209

39: What do you envisaged in the future in terms of mind control?

My studies show that the new directions (part 1 and 2 - previously uploaded) include the stomach, also known as “the lower brain.”

Monsanto is now altering a specific gene in wheat (not about GMOs), to activate a specific bacteria (L. gondi) in your gut – which you got from a cat….  It is normally inert, but when activated….  can control human behavior, and many of the choices we make each day (like diet).

Monsanto is not a “chemical” company, it is (and has always been) a “weapons” company.  Their role in the use of defoliants – such as 2-4-D, Paraquat (N, N ′-dimethyl-4,4′-bipyridinium dichloride), and “Agent Orange”) in warfare is unparalleled in effectiveness.  This is the concept of “genetic” weapons, and how they are deployed.

It all started with the development of trans-genetic soybean, as a delivery system for inoculating children (no hypodermic needle needed).  It was first tested in India for birth control, and was successful.  Now it is used on the wild horses of Nevada (again, for birth control).

Are these technologies being used for mind control, of course they are.  How could they not (be explored)?  At this juncture, a definition for the “mind” is needed.  To see the “gut” as part of your thinking processes is absolutely true – by any definition.  The gut is “convoluted” (just like a brain), and has neuro-transmitters.

The issue of GMOs, and the control of our seed is a good “start-point.”  How does one defense oneself from all of this?  Start with water (structured), and then your food.  It is no longer “you are what you eat, but rather “you are whom you feed.”  That starts defenses in the physical world.

Man does not have rights, he has responsibilities.  Man has a responsibility to be free.  It will not just be given to him, and will only be defined by his awareness.  It is time to now take personal responsibility for your own evolution.  It will be the children under six who will actually make these needed changes.

“Man has a responsibility for the thoughts he chooses to entertain.”

"I fear the day when the technology overlaps with our humanity.  The world will only have a generation of idiots."
