In Memory of Paul McLain
We are saddened to share the news of Paul McLain’s death.
Paul was an important part of the UUCV community after he and Donna moved to the area in 2000 following his retirement from Boeing. He was an active, enthusiastic, and loyal member of the choir, served as church treasurer until illness made that work no longer possible, and offered his skills and care wherever they were needed.
Donna and Paul were longtime Unitarian Universalists before joining the Vancouver congregation. Paul even explored the possibility of becoming a Unitarian Universalist minister.
Our thoughts are with Donna and with all of Paul’s friends and family who will miss his warm and generous presence. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
