Dr. Richard Alan Miller (born 1944, Everett, WA) is a physicist, author, and researcher with deep experience in physics, metaphysics, and alternative agriculture.

His high school science projects were used by NASA. He worked 11 years with U.S. Navy Intelligence (SEAL Corps & MRU), researching paranormal phenomena, ESP, and hypnosis. He authored foundational papers including “A Holographic Concept of Reality.”
